1. Purchase three (3) square inches of Real Estate for $20 USD. *No Mortgages*
2. Real Estate is located within the city limits...somewhere
3. Investment is exempt from taxes, fees or fraud...(unless located)
4. Investment can be gifted to succeeding family. *no sales*
5. Investment can be sold for original price only on July 14, 2112. *not before*
6. Any changes or deviation from this proclamation requires legal, notarized signatures from all investors.
7. Investors receive a signed certificate of ownership.
8. Investor's names will be engraved on the centennial monument for public view.
9. Certificate holder is entitled to "No-Vote" but can leave a "Note".
10. Ownership will officially be proclaimed on July 14, 2012.
11. Additional certificates may be purchased.
